The booking party is fully responsible for the behavior of their guests and agrees to adhere to all applicable rules and local regulations. Bonfire Pit Rentals will not be held liable for any damages, citations, or injuries that occur during the event.

The event location provided during the booking process is approximate, and the exact site will be confirmed with you at least 60 minutes before your event.

Bonfire Pit Rentals reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any missing or damaged equipment, or outstanding balances.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 5 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. If your bonfire event needs to be cancelled due to weather a full refund will be issued.
