Super Simple 3 Step Process

Step 1: Select Your Location

Pick your preferred area or address. If you're unsure, no worries! — we’ll confirm your area and suggest options after you book.

Step 2: Book your Bonfire

Then you'll be introduced by your personal bonfire assistant who will confirm your details and provide the pin location.

Step 3: Reservation Day

You’ll receive a confirmation message, and once your bonfire is set up, a photo and pin location will be sent to guide you. Your personal assistant will stay in touch the entire time!

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: When will the bonfire be set up?

The bonfire is ready 30-60 minutes before your reservation start time.

Question 2: Will there be someone there when we arrive?

We may not always be there, or able to wait, as we can be busy, but a "RESERVED" sign will be at your bonfire with simple instructions.

Question 3: What is your refund policy?

We offer full refunds if cancelled 4 hours before your reservation time. No explanation required.

Question 4: Can we rent items individually or remove items for a reduced price?

We provide bonfire packages at a set price and do not offer individual items for rent. The price will stay the same, regardless of group size or any items excluded from the package.

Question 5: How many S'mores are included?

All Packages includes enough S/mores for each person to have at least 2-3x servings.

Question 6: Can I purchase more S'mores?

Absolutely! We charge $30 for additional s'mores. However, it's rare that extra s'mores are needed, as our provisions are usually more than enough. Not everyone will have multiple servings, which allows others to enjoy more.

Question 7: Can we book outside your service area?

We only serve the San Diego Area listed on website, and some outside locations may incur a surcharge transportation fee. If you're inquiring about a different area, you can call or text us (619) 734 - 7933
